We craft and pack each item with the same care and intention our independent artists pour into their designs. However, we understand that sometimes a piece might not align with your vision. Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with transparency and respect, ensuring a process as thoughtful as the art we sell.

Quick Summary: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please initiate your request by emailing our Creative Care Team.

1. The Creative Care Process: Step-by-Step

To ensure a smooth and secure experience, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Initiate Your Request
    Contact our Creative Care Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please use the email template provided below to give us all the necessary details at once.
  • Step 2: Receive Instructions
    Within 1-2 business days, we will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  • Step 3: Pack & Ship
    Carefully repackage the item in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Securely ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Step 4: Our Review & Your Refund/Exchange
    Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 5-7 business days), we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange item will be prepared for shipment.

3. Refunds: Timing & Method

Your trust is the canvas on which we build our shop. We process refunds with the same security we apply to your payments.

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your original payment method statement, depending on your bank or financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). We do not offer refunds to alternate payment methods or as store credit unless under exceptional circumstances.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees (e.g., the $12.95 for Standard Shipping) are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To protect the work of our artists and the integrity of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Items: Any product specifically customized at your request.
  • Intimate Apparel & Hygiene-Sensitive Items: Due to health and safety reasons, select items from categories such as Bedding (if the protective seal is broken), Bathroom Accessories intended for direct personal use, and similar products are final sale.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Damaged or Altered Items: Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, missing parts, or have been used.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artist-designed piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly at no cost to you.
