1. Our Shop & Our Community

Target Audience: Our shop is designed for creative individuals who value unique, artist-driven home décor and lifestyle products. Our customers appreciate vibrant, expressive pieces that transform their living spaces, from their living room with an Area Rug to their bar area with the perfect Bar Stool.

Shop Style & Product Philosophy: We collaborate with independent artists to bring you one-of-a-kind designs. Our products—including Bedding Sets, Bar & Wine Tools, Camping Gear, Bathroom Accessories, and seasonal items like Christmas Dining essentials—are crafted to be functional art. Each item is packed and shipped with the same care and intention our artists pour into their original designs.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

To place an order, you may need to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing a valid email address, delivery address, and accurate payment details.
  • Ensuring your use of the Site complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

3. Products & Services Description

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, please note:

  • Artistic Nature: Colors, textures, and patterns may have slight variations due to the artistic process, screen settings, and lighting. These variations are part of the product’s unique character.
  • Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product Information: Descriptions, prices, and promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

Non-Returnable Items: To protect our artists’ work and for hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Intimate apparel and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., certain Bathroom Accessories or Bedding if the protective seal is broken).
  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
  • Damaged, altered, or used items not in original condition.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We send an order confirmation email once we receive it. A contract is only formed when we send a shipment confirmation email.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal.

You agree to pay the full price for all items in your order, plus applicable shipping fees and taxes. Your payment card will be charged at the time your order is processed.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order.
  • Shipping Options:
    • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

These are estimates. Customs, holidays, or unforeseen events may cause delays. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We honor your vision. If a piece isn’t right, our Creative Care process is here to help.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving the item. The item must be unused, in its original undamaged packaging, and in resalable condition with all tags and accessories.

The Process

  1. Initiate Request: Email [email protected] within 15 days using the provided template.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with an RMA number and return address.
  3. Pack & Ship: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all contents. Ship using a trackable service to the address provided.
  4. Our Review: Upon receipt and inspection (5-7 business days), we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, or your exchange will be shipped.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).

  • Timing: Processed within 5-10 business days of approval. Bank processing times may vary.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the new item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund at no cost to you.

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software—is the property of Deny Designs Shop, our artists, or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

The unique artistic designs on our products are the intellectual property of the respective artists and Deny Designs Shop. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Deny Designs Shop and our artists will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site or any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or your orders shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

8. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Atlanta, Georgia.
